A strange problem,
I have 12 presentation server 4 servers in the same farm, all servers were built from the same image on the same hardware.
All servers run outlook 2003 and 3 of the servers show 30 seconds to 1 minute every time you open an email.
Does anybody know of a setting that could be causing this. This is being going on for some time and we already checked the most basic seeting, I am thinking that the problem could be in the IP registry settings.
I know this could be a very general question but never know.

I had an issue with outlook taking 10 secs to open, it was caused by Mcafee add-ins. removed them and it was back to normal..

Thanks, but even when we disabled McAfee it didn't help.
Some more info on this, the issue can be replicated with only one user on the server trying to open the simplest email.
