In flex Profile kit this is in the flexframework.ini.    Anyone have a good understanding of what this does?

REFRESH_WINDOWS_APPEARANCE=0
We will set this to 0.  To enable the use of Windows appearance settings with Flex Pro-files, configure REFRESH_WINDOWS_APPEARANCE=1. This will launch Dennis Da-men's FlexRefresh and loaded appearance settings are activated.

Some settings in a users profile are loaded and applied BEFORE Flex runs (for example the users colour scheme, cursors, desktop icon size etc). If you want to retain these types of settings (eg if you use published desktops) then FlexRefresh will be run once the OPS file has been applied to reapply these settings meaning that the setting in the users OPS file will actually get used.
