I have 2 Citrix servers running a program. In this program they use Microsoft Word. My problem is, they also use customized Macros, Autocorrect Lists and Dictionaries. While this isn't a problem in general, the problem comes when:
1. They log on to server A and make changes to their customized dictionary.
2. After they log off of server A, the next time they log in, due to load balancing between the two servers, they log in to server B. When they use server B, their newly customized dictionary is not there.
How can I do this so I can load balance the servers and not having to keep the users logging into one server.
Any ideas?

Annie - Saving user customized settings is a pretty common configuration. You can retain these settings by either using Roaming User profiles and/or Application Data Redirection. Typically a combination of both will yield you the best performance. If you enable Roaming Profiles do your homework on best practices and exclude everything you can from being included in the profile to maintain a small and manageable profile size.

I have a similar setup and my solution was to establish a share on a file server and point Word on the Citrix servers to it (I use a logon script that modifies the appropriate Current User keys in the registry).
