ps4.5 / Windows 2003 server.

For some reason whenever i create scheduled reports, Access Manager fails to save the schedule, the report, and also previous reports which have ran.

The reports can be run manually and respond with the desired information, but schedulling doesn't work.

Is this because when the reports run, i'm not logged into the Citrix servers? if so, is there a workaround for this, as it's very, VERY frustrating.

Thanks in advance,

Lee.

Hi Lee,

It might not be the same issue but the specifications for the reports are stored at C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Citrix\ReportCenter\CustomSettings\Specifications  If you have implemented roaming profiles this location will no longer be availalbe.  On the server you use to run reports change your profile from roaming to local.  This has helped me in the past.

Best Wishes

JLH

This has seemed to work as far as i can see so far. I need further time though to confirm this.

If it has worked, thank you very much, it's much appreciated :)
