Hi,
i have 2 Domains, Domain A and Domain B. Between those Domain theres a Trust,
2-way transitiv (i assume, not 100% sure). The CTX Servers are located in Domain A.
Users from Domain B can succesfully access Network Resources in Domain A.
But the problem is, when i add Domain B\domain users group to the local Group Remote
Desktop Users, they cannot access to the Terminal Server. Even if i add users directy from
the other domain, no access.
But when i add users to the ICA Protocol directly, its working. Also it is working when i
add Users from Domain B to a Domain Local Group of Domain A and put in that group
to ICA Protocol Security directly. Thats also working.
But the way it should be is, that i add Domain Users of Domain B to the Remote Desktop
users, not to the ICA Protocol.
Only thing i found is, that theres a problem with child domains.
Do you have any ideas what the problem could be ?
Thanks a lot,
Marcus

Can you please say the OS level. Cause as from Windows server 2003 native domain you have cross forest trust. In earlier editions you have to create trustlinks between eacht domain! also the childdomains.

Hi Hans,
the Domain Function Level is Windows 2003. The Trusts are external,
non-transitiv trusts. I know about a problem within Citrix when
subdomain are in use. Then you have to create a explicit Shortcut
Trust.
cheers,
Marcus
