I am in a situation considering both Citrix and alternatives. I have come across Thinworx. Has anyone tested or know of any review of the company and product. Being relatively small in size and looking to add only 20 users. I needed to know all my available options on the market that may be good for my overall ROI.

Many small businesses are in the same situation as you. There is not a lot of information written about Thinworx, I have read one article which was helpful:
https://techrepublic-secure.com.com/5143-22-22-21307.html
You do however need to register (free of charge) before you can read the article.
When I had the time to look into this, I did call the company and they were very helpful in answering my questions.
Essentially it looks like Thinworx offers all the core functionality of Citrix while just a fraction of the cost of Citrix. The other options I have considered include Tarantella but they seem to be losing revenue and in fact got bought out by Sun not too long ago so I have to admit, that does not make me feel too confident in their company. Anyhow, I hope that helps you a bit.

How can you say this. Where are your marbles, mate? Don't you know that Sun Microsystems is synonymous with Internet and Remote connectivity? How the hell do you think you are able to access this forum?
On the contrary, I believe any small, exciting startup company with a great product that catches the eye of Sun deserves a close look and must have some serious credibility.
