For Windows there is Graphon GoGlobal, and there is LTSP or NX for Linux.

How about the DTS konect ?

DTS Konect uses RDP, yes? The question was if there were SBC programs other than Citrix that don't use RDP. This basically points to programs that don't use Terminal Services, as Citrix is the only company that uses their own protocol on top of the temrinal services service, whereas the 10 or so Citrix alternatives use RDP.
