Hi,
I'm having 20 store over the country with user using Terminal Server.
The user connect to the Terminal Server, wich is located in the head office, via Thin Client.
When the user are browsing on a web site with flash, the performance are horrible. Localy in the head office, the same web site are correct.
I search any idea who can help me to accelerate the performance for my store.
Thanks.

The problem is that ica is NOT good at doing any form of "moving pictures"... it uses needlessly large amounts of bandwidth to do it, and does it badly.
The feature you need is "content redirection" that makes certain content actually run locally, rather than via the ica session.
Funnily enough, we had a guy from Wyse visit us just recently, as they are now providing this ability in their thin client devices (for a cost, of course!!).
Not sure what sort of content can be redirected though... certainly things like WAVs can.

Well, I wouldn't blame ICA. RDP would be even worse.
A couple of questions:
1) What kind of WAN link is it & how much bandwidth?
2) What model Wyse Thin-Clients are you using?
Client re-direction requires the Web Interface and PNAgent (which is nowadays pre-installed in the clients - along with IE if you've got Windows CE or XP-Embedded Wyse products).
Serving IE over a WAN is not such a good idea. Like printing say, large Powerpoint presentations (graphics), Flash, sound, downloads, Shockwave, and Quicktime will bring the whole WAN link to it's knees.
