I have a deal pending and I want to do my first Provision Networks install but the user is a very heavy Remote-Scan user.

So what is the actual question? Have you tested it on Virtual Access Suite? I have a good relationship with Steve & Glenn at Remote-Scan, so if you need help, let me know and we'll get your concerns ironed out.

I've deployed Remote Scan many times, on Citrix and Terminal Services.
