Acronis True Image Question, in the Other SBC Products forum on BrianMadden.com

I am wondering if anyone has used Acronis True Image

I am trying to use this product with the Universal restore option which gives the ability to retore to different hardware.

Has anyone used it as i am having big problems with this and support for the product is slow.

The problem i am having is i boot the CD created for recovery, however i am not presented with the option to restore using the universal restore option.

you have to specify the universal option when you do the backup. do the backup and it asks you then and you have the option to add the drivers for the other hardware box.

I had this work for me once, and then ever since I have been unsuccessful in restoring a maching to a different hardware platform.. what version are you guys working with?
