Maybe I am missing something but after having used MS TS 2003 for a short time am considering moving to one of the third party products like Tarantella.
But I went to the new website which is part of Sun and it appears that the application must run on a linux box and the clients can run on either.....is this correct??? Cause all the other info I read stated that it sits on top of MS TS on a W 2003 box..

WIth the recent purchase by Sun I am totally confused as what the requirments of the server side app is...can someone please enlighten me?

Also any other recommendations?
Have only one TS box with max of 10 clients. They run Office and an inhouse DB application where the db is on its own server (sybase).
TS box is a P4 2GB RAM and 2 x HD non raid.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Mainly looking for better printing solutioin and lower cost of overall TS solution.

It's rather easy :
- Tarantella SGD (Secure Global Desktop) is a Unix-based solution
- Propalms SGD TSE (Secure Global Desktop Terminal Services Edition) is what you're looking for. It's a totally different product than "Tarantella SGD"

Go to the propalms website and download the new version 4.1 for evalutation.

For your requirements (10 Office users), this is the better solution (Citrix costs *much* more)
