Need Help with installing WI 4.5 and CSG 3.0, in the Citrix Web Interface forum on BrianMadden.com

I am doing an install of WI and CSG on the same server. The version of WI is 4.5 and CSG is 3.0. Now one error I was receiving was that CSG won't allow me to configure the FQDN because it can't locate the STA. Where can I obtain an STA and do you guys have screenshots?
Also I don't know how to configure a logon agent and where can I find it
Windows Server 2003 R2 64bit
Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 ( Also alot of trouble with the configuration of getting oracle 10g2 to load upon the initial setup of Presentation Server to a new farm...)
