We have 7 Citrix servers running win2K Advance servers in our farm and myself and one other administrator has taken over the support of the following servers. The previous admins have somehow set up only their accouts to reboot the servers,(Bad Idea.) We created an account (Domain ) to do this service for us. However we have come to find out that we can only get a local admin account to successfully reboot the servers with a scheduled task. I've looked in the local policy of the servers and the domain admin group is in the local admin group which has privileges to run as a service and log on as a batch job to reboot, but as stated earlier the account cannot reboot, only a local admin account. BTW we are in a NT4 Domain, Not active directory.
Any suggestions.
