Hi,
My app owners are never happy with what they got. They want a pop-up to be displayed to all users logged into a Citrix box telling them to log out prior to backups being run on the back-end app boxes. The good news is the backups run everynight at the same time so I thought of using Windows Scheduled Tasks to display a simple notepad txt file telling them to get out. The problem with that was the Run As username, it would only display on the screen of that username and no one else logged into a Citrix session on that box. I've tried using the local admin account of the Citrix box, only ran when the local admin was logged into a Citrix session.
I haven't found anything regarding Task Scheduler with multiple users/TS/Citrix.
Is there another method I should look into?
Thanks in advance,
Ryan
