I have a Remote Application published via TS Web Access which is actually just starting IE (32-bit) pointing to an internal web server. I've configured via the IEAK and Group Policy that the web server is in the Intranet zone. However when the Remote App launches, IE states it is in the Internet zone. Security settings are therefore incorrect and the application won't run.
If I login using RDP Client 6.1 directly to the server with the same user credentials and run the same command that's configured in the RemoteApp publication, the site is properly identified as being in the Intranet zone and functions perfectly.
It almost appears that part of the GPO isn't being processed when launching the RemoteApp. However, the URL to Zone mapping is done in the Machine Configuration part of the GPO; so that doesn't make any sense.
Any thoughts on what might cause this or how to fix it?
