My client is trying to install the Word 2000 or later business card template http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC060874561033.aspx?pid=CT101043 on a Windows 2003 terminal server running Office 2003. When attempting the download you get the following error "There is insufficient memory or disk space. Close extra windows and save your work."

This server has 4 GB RAM and 80GB of free diskspace. Also we are running Symantec AV Corporate ED v10. Everything that I have read says you don't have enough free hard disk space, Page file grew to large or it could be AV conflict. I rebooted the server to flush page file, deleted temp files, and disabled the AV services from starting on reboot with no avail. Still getting same error. It almost acts likes a permissions issue. I am a domain and local Admin though. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

John, are you running the install from the Server Console?
