Hey all, I know this is an old tread and since it has become largely inactive I am assuming someone has found the solution. I for one would really like to know what it is.

I am also suffering from this issue.

2003r2 sp2 servers
Presentation server 4.5
Profiles are housed on a windows 2003 server.

We also are experiencing the same problems as described.
Windows 2003 SP 2 most recent patches, CPS 4.5, R02 most recent hotfixes
Profiles on a SAN
Anyone have resolutions?
