i hit ctrl alt del
closed jrun.exe proccess
then really quickly, before jrun started itself up again, deleted the folder in explorer.

looks like a CFusionMX7 file

jrun.exe didn't try to start itself up again, but seeing how i don't know what this is and don't really give two shits whether it works right or not, im happy with the results.

there are too many businesses out there trying to install all their crap on my machine, it seems today when you download an evaluation program it installs 5 other companion programs that you never wanted.
i think a good system recorvery is in order every couple of months just to wipe all the miserable crap that's straining your computer.

anyways, thats my two bits
im outy

Take ownership in safe mode as administrator under - file properties and advanced security - then delete.

Seems this "bug" is by design.

To eliminate this folder, follow this easy steps
Burn the "hiren's boot CD" into a CD [8|] and use it to start your pc.
Choose "ntfs tools" and use a program called "ntfs mount pro etc etc"
Next... type "deltree 'foldername'" and.... it's done!

You're welcome... yes.. I'm the big one... [:D]
