Good day, we are currently on 4.5 is there a software that you can recomend that would record a users session? and allow us to store it somewhere and watch it later?

I have about 20 people per server using desktop publishing.I would like to record a users session.
is there software that someone can recomend?
w2k3 citrix 4.5 published desktops.

If you are at Platinum level with your 4.5, it's already included.
