Yesterday, one of my Citrix users asked me how to convert a Powerpoint file to PDF, so I told her open the PPT and go to file - print - select Adobe PDF. (I know I know, why put Powerpoint on Citrix because it eats a lot of hardware resource, well I have no choice; it's company's decision)Today, the box she logged on rebooted itself. I checked event logs; before it rebooted, I saw a lot of ppt-to-pdf conversion logs by the same user. I did some research, and people said Adobe PDF printer would cause the server to hang. Any tips to resolve this?

I don't see anything wrong with using PowerPoint on Citrix, so long as you have sufficient bandwidth. Does it surprise you that your having problems with Adobe Acrobat on TS?

I just finished review a product called deskPDF Professional TS that you might want to look at. It costs about 1/20th what Acrobat Professional Costs and is a lot more TS friendly.

My review should be up in a few days, but you can check out their product here:
