First time on this forum today!
One of the users let us know when he changes the stationery in Outlook and logs off or shuts down the desktop, the changes he made or not saved. So everytime he logs in again, he needs to change it again.
The desktop is virtual. I found a couple of posts on this forum which resembled the problem I have but I'm not sure the solution offered is the one I can use.
On the Citrix forum I already found something to adjust the number of retries in a Citrix policy, but that didn't work.
Did someone ever had the same problem and has a solution for this?
BTW, I posted this in the profiles/user space section, if this is not correct, I'm sorry!
