I have just installed Excel on terminal server for both the UK and US users, the issue is how do I configure the data format to enable both users to see their data format m/d/yyyy and d/m/yyyy.  Any help will be highly appreciated.

There are much more elegant ways, but I use a script on login for anyone not using the default to overwrite HKCU\Control Panel\International.
