web interface not opening programs, in the Citrix Web Interface forum on BrianMadden.com

Hi , I'm new no the forums ...

I have a question that I just cant figure out.. I changed ISP and now when I open my citrix web interface my citrix server authenticates me and opens up my window with my programs but when I click on a program it just will not open..It says it cant find the server, do I have to chage the IP of my new ISP somewhere in my citrix server...

Hi,

It sounds like you are using WI without using CSG and you are also using the altaddr command on your CPS servers. Update each CPS server's alternate address using the altaddr command - that should resolve the problem.

You should think about implementing CSG (free) on your WI server - more secure (especially when the WI server is moved to a DMZ).
