Thanks for you response.

Checked Eventlog and this is what it has:

Printer auto-creation failure. Reason: AddPrinter() failed with status 0x704. Client name: (HC2P0) Printer name: (HP Photosmart C4200 series (from HC2P0) in session 1) Port name: (Client:1:HP Photosmart C4200 series) Driver name: (Citrix Universal Printer) Print processor: (Citrix Print Processor) 19:34:23 Jul 04 2008
MetaFrameEvents Application 1106 Client printer auto-creation failed. The driver could not be installed. Possible reasons for the failure: The driver is not in the list of drivers on the server. The driver cannot be located. The driver has not been mapped. Client name: (HC2P0) Printer: (HP Photosmart C4200 series (from HC2P0) in session 1) Printer driver: (HP Photosmart C4200 series)

But, I did not load the drivers on this server OR the one that works. !?
Again any help really appreciated.

Hi Luis,

What drivers do you want to use - native drivers, third party drivers, or the Citrix UPD?

You need to set your Citrix policies to reflect the printer driver(s) you want (native, 3rd party, or UPD) and assign that policy to AD groups or CPS servers so you get consistent results across the farm.

If you want to use the UPD exclusively, then enable "Native printer driver auto-install" and set it to "Do not automatically install drivers". Then, enable "Universal Driver" to "Use universal driver only". Apply the policy to all CPS servers in the farm (or to AD groups). On the RDP listener (tscc.msc), select the "Windows printer mapping" checkbox on the "Client Settings" tab to disable RDP printer mapping. These settings will ensure that all client side printers map with the Citrix UPD exclusively.
