I've got 4 Citrix PS 4.0 servers in a farm and on all the servers the NTUSER.DAT file in the Ctx_SmaUser profile is over 100Mb.
Is there an issue with shutting some the services that use that account and deleting the Ctx_SmaUser profile and then restarting the services? I would assume the profile would then be recreated.
Is there any data in that REG file that is of historical importance, or used to configure the Ctx_SmaUser's account?
Does anyone know why the file has gotten to be so big in the first place?
