LOCATION:
Washington DC Area (Falls Church, VA - 5-10 minutes outside DC)

SALARY: Negotiable - Depends on Skill & Experience

COMPANY: Rather Small Entreprenurial Company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Responsibilities will include working on site for various clients throughout the DC Metro Area (occasional travel out of town will be required) for about 25% of the time. The other work will be done in their local offices.

- Candidates will be primarily responsible for the installation, configuration, and architecting of Citrix on Network Servers. Citrix allows users at multiple PC’s to access applications from one server through virtualization. This saves time and money for clients who would otherwise have to install the applications on individual PC’s.

- While detailed Citrix installation work is not required, some knowledge of Citrix is along with a strong Systems Engineering background is.

- Candidate should exude self-confidence, strong articulation, strong writing skills, and ability to problem-solve effectively.

- Experience in the areas of Windows Server, Networking, WAN/LAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and database are all preferred. The more of those areas the candidates have touched the better.

- College Degree is preferred but not required.

- CCIA (Citrix Certified Information Architect), CCEA (Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator) are a huge plus.

- 10% annual bonus paid out quarterly (2.5%) per quarter based on professionalism, presentation, client surveys, and filling out timesheets on time. In our meeting yesterday they emphasized that with little exception this is generally 100% attainable no questions asked.

- The opportunity also offers spot bonuses and pays for Citrix Certification training.
