I have been asked to look into the various options out there for monitoring a Citrix environment. I already have NetIQ to look after the OS level and some basic Citrix stuff, so I'm more interested in the "deep dive" stuff for troubleshooting, such as EdgeSight (which I'm already looking at).
Does anyone out there have any experience with EdgeSight, or another product? How has it worked for you? What was the approximate cost? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
