Has anyone used the new 11.0 client and found that when starting a published application from a published desktop that the pass-through authentication no longer works? This is happening in a 4.5 farm (don't know about other versions) This doesn't seem to be an issue when 11.0 is installed on a workstation. Any info on a fix or workaround would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen this happen on the desktop installs when upgrade from a 9.x client. You might try either 1) upgrade to 10.2 first and then 11.0 or 2) uninstall any previous clients and then install 11.0.

I have the same problem.
Uninstalled the 10.2 version of the Client
Installed the 11.0 version of the Client
I get prompted for application launches. Since it has only been put on my machine for testing, I have not been to concerned about it. I hit cancel and it still launches the application. This behavor is only present in the Program Neighborhood Agent. Program Neighborhood launches the applications without a prompt.
If I find something on this, I will post up.

I now have it working.
I created a custom install package that included pass-through enabled.
When installing from the MSI, I was unable to select that option.
