This is the first paper in my "Certified No Bull" program. It's an ROI study that Appsense did showing how much money their Performance Suite can save customers over a three-year period.

The numbers in the paper can be hard to swallow since they're for the specific organization that the case study covered. However, Appsense provides a free, online version of the ROI calculator used in the paper at www.appsense.com/roi. This means that if you don't believe the numbers in the paper, you can try it yourself with your own numbers.

I've verified the numbers and formulas that drive this calculator, and I'm happy to certify them as providing true, accurate, and useful results.

This was a very interesting document to read and as stated by Brian, the figures did seem hard to swallow, until I tried the ROI calculator at AppSense's website and found the savings could be dramatic.

The ROI-calc brings economical numbers out of the logg-files from AppSense passive-monitoring function.(wich is brilliant by the way). This maked it easer for me to motivate the investment to the management.
