Written on Feb 06 2006 11,196 views, 9 comments

by Thomas Koetzing

A lot of the tools, tips, tricks, and techniques out there focus on how enterprises manage their Citrix and Terminal Server environments. The fact remains however that for every huge enterprise, there are hundreds of small and mid-sized companies also using server-based computing technology. In this session, Thomas Koetzing will talk about the strategies and techniques that you can use to manage your remote desktops.

Here's his session from BriForum 2005.

There's a typo in the link: http://www.brianmadden.com/attachments/BriForum%202005%20-%20Desktop%20Design%20for%20Small%20Environmnets%20-%20Thomas%20Koetzing.ppt

change the Environmnets to Environments so it becomes:

yeah, like softgrid has application layer loadbalancing, management features and consumes as much bandwith as citrix does..

Sometimes, especially in bigger enviroments, you might want both.
