The world of the virtualization administrator is evolving and changing in corporate IT. The days of administrating and supporting a single hypervisor in the data center are quickly coming to an end. So, you should be prepared for it—if it has not already happened in your shop. The three major players in hypervisor competition each have their own ways of doing things, administrating things, and supporting you as the administrator. This session will take all three hypervisors, as well as the companies behind them, and provide a breakdown of what you need to know when it comes to understanding what the administrative differences are - in order to get your job done right. It will also show what technologies you need to learn and master to increase your knowledge of managing these hypervisors and how this can ultimately add to your professional career clout.
