This is a video of a breakout session from BriForum 2008, presented by Brian Madden.
Session Description: WAN Acceleration has become more popular over the past few
years. Companies like Expand have been doing it for awhile, and Citrix
recently got into the game by buying Orbital Data and creating the
WANscaler product line. But traditionally, ICA has been an encrypted
and highly compressed protocol. Can you really optimize it for the WAN?
Or are you just stuck using SpeedScreen and hoping for the best?
