Past years, from Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server Edition timeframe, there is always a discussion about the benefits Citrix XenApp is adding to the Microsoft Terminal Services platform. This discussion is good!
Besides the difference in features between the several solutions there should (also!) be a discussion about the vendors vision of desktop and application delivery. Citrix released a document which describes the feature differences between Windows Server 2003 TS, Windows Server 2008 and Citrix XenApp.

For some reason Citrix pulled or removed the link to the article. The article can now downloaded here: http://www.virtuall.nl/articles/productinformation/CitrixTerminalServicesXenAppFeatureAnalysis.pdf
