How to frustrate end-users?, read this Microsoft KB article. Microsoft created a nice KB article to frustrate some users (LOL). The article mentions "Error Message: Your Password Must Be at Least 18770 Characters and Cannot Repeat Any of Your Previous 30689 Passwords".
