1.&gt; Create license server in VM.
2.&gt; Register licenses ect....
3.&gt; Make copy / replicate VM to offsite locate.
4.&gt; If you get nuked, turn on duplicate VM, let DNS do its magic (you did use FQDN for the license server name..right?)
