Cheap - may be it is

The full VDI stack software includes.

  • Sun Ray Software RTU
  • Windows Connector RTU
  • Sun Global Desktop (Tarantella/SGD - Single Desktop per user only RTU)
  • 1 year standard support

SGD will allow access to your virtual desktop through the webtop (web portal)

As Andy says, this is more than just a connection broker.  The VDI Connector is the broker and integrates closely with Sun Ray and SGD.  In terms of cost, the licence includes the Sun Ray software an SGD licence and the VDI Connector.  For Sun desktop customers it's a good deal - everything under one part number,  no need to pay extra for the connection broker portion.
