The documentation of Citrix User Profile Manager (UPM, for short) recommends excluding the following registry keys from processing:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies
