Just a small piece of info on the Citrix XenServer front this week:
VMLogix's LabManager software has been certified for use with Citrix XenServer. LabManager is an aptly-named package that allows administrators to configure and manage virtual lab environments. It supports Microsoft Virtual Server 2005, VMware, and now Citrix XenServer, as well as physical servers and virtual storage solutions.
VMLogix enables administrators, testers, and developers to create a library of virtual servers in each mode of deployment (build, test, production) using deltas from a base image. These configurations can then be shared among other teams, departments, or contractors.
This sounds pretty cool, and I'm going to download the trial and take a look at it. Anyone have an experience with VMLogix they'd care to share?
