It took a while, too long perhaps, but the videos from BriForum 2007 Amsterdam are in transit to our distribution facility right now. On March 3rd, all pre-orders will be fulfilled, and new orders will begin shipping!
You should consider using US Postal Service for shipping, as it is MUCH cheaper than UPS. We are not able to offer DHL shipping at this time, but we should be able to in a few weeks.
