We're going to host our 11th and 12th BriForum conferences in 2012, with BriForum 2012 London taking place May 23-24, followed by BriForum 2012 Chicago from July 24-26. If you'd like to speak at BriForum London, the deadline to submit a session is this Friday. If you'd like to attend BriForum London, the £200 early-bird discount also ends this Friday.

BriForum 2012 London details

Like last year, BriForum London is a two-day conference, with the opening party the night before. We're in a new venue this year--the London Hilton Metropole Conference Centre--in central London near the West End. The conference takes place on May 23 & 24. (Citrix Synergy San Francisco is May 9-11, and Memorial Day in the US is May 28.)

Early-bird registration is open through Feb 24 (this Friday) for the price £595. After that the regular registration price is £795.

If you want to speak at BriForum, please submit your topic by Friday, and we'll announce the final session list on March 13. (details here) If you're chosen to speak, we'll pay for your airfare, hotel, and admission to the conference.

If you work at a vendor and would like to submit a session to be considered for an editorial session, that's ok as long as your submission is not specifically about your company's product. More information on submitting sessions while working at a vendor can be found here.

BriForum 2012 Chicago details

BriForum 2012 Chicago will be July 24-26 at the Hyatt McCormick Place. Registration is not yet open, but you can add your name to the list to be notified when it is. (Click on the Chicago photo for the email registration.)

Any papers submitted for BriForum London will automatically be submitted for BriForum Chicago. (That's just to save the submitters time so you don't have to enter everything twice. If you don't want to speak in Chicago, that's okay.

We'll open up a Chicago-specific call for papers soon, and that period will run through the end of BriForum London. (That way if you get any great ideas from the London BriForum, it's not too late.)

So get those submissions in and we'll see you all in London soon!
