I began offering public training classes based on my books a few months ago. These classes are based on "real world" experience and cover Citrix MetaFrame XP advanced design and troubleshooting.

The classes have been extremely popular, and they're sold out through July. Therefore, I've decided to hold classes in three more cities in August.

• Washington DC, August 16-20, 2004
• Altlanta, GA, August 30-Sept 3, 2004
