In
an interview with eChannelLine Canada, Citrix's VP of worldwide sales, services, and channel operations Ross Brown talked about what Citrix did in 2003 and what lies ahead for 2004.
As for goals for 2004, Brown said that "Channel improvements, recruiting and executing better with our partner network, further expansion of our penetration into enterprise customers, improvements in our sales team execution, and continuing our growth from a product company to a trusted advisor to customers on access solutions."
Of course this interview was for a channel magazine, and Brown is head of channel operations, so it makes sense that his answers focused on channel issues.
