It's Here! My Comprehensive White Paper about Terminal Server and Citrix Performance Tuning is Ready

I just published a free 38-page white paper about performance tuning Citrix MetaFrame and Microsoft Terminal Servers. This paper is not simply a list of registry hacks. Instead, it details the step-by-step approach that you need to take to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues of your servers. It covers real-world problems such as slow logons, random pauses, and the constant desire to accommodate more users on your servers.

I worked really hard on this paper to ensure that it covers everything I would do step-by-step if you hired me to come to your company and troubleshoot your Terminal Server performance problems. In fact, one of my friends told me that the Citrix resellers will be mad when they read this, because I give away all their consulting secrets that they usually charge $200 per hour for.

This paper is written for Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003 Terminal Servers, and the techniques apply whether you're running Citrix MetaFrame, Tarantella / New Moon Canaveral iQ, or just plain old Terminal Services.

RTO Software sponsored this paper. I wrote it myself, and I own all the content. However, the only place this paper is available is as a free download from RTO's website. Simply enter your contact information and you can download the paper immediately.
