by Brian Madden

Rick Dehlinger and Brian Madden will be taking a driving tour of the west coast of the US from June 20 - June 30. We'll be hosting customer events in Sacremento, San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle. The goal of our trip is to take a message to Microsoft and Citrix about how we can work together better.

The official Drive 2006 website is now online at www.brianmadden.com/drive2006. We have information about the events and the trip there, as well as links to the forums where we can discuss the trip and links to Rick's BriForum 2006 sessions about this topic.

We'll also use the site to post photos, blogs, and videos of the trip.

Looks like you start almost from Mexico – San Francisco is to the North. I am sure Rick knows his way around California. Nice timing though! Have fun!

Mornin'!

Just clarifying a couple items for y'all.  We are starting in NorCal, not Mexico, however I see your confusion.  I guess we'll need to flog the graphics person heartily for their mis-representation... ;-)

Regarding the kinds of info we are looking for: Please check out the forums I'm moderating.  We'll be posting more details and clarifying/answering any questions that come up using this medium.

Regarding the podcast - how does Brian manage to catch me in such rare form?  He catches me pre-coffee on this one, and beer enhanced on the BriForum one.  Memo to me - watch this guy!  He's good at nabbing people in rare form... ;-)

Hope to see many of you soon!

Warm regards,
RickD

Brian and Rick,

What do you think about the Citrix TechTalk series, bringing the engineers directly to the customers.  I would be very interested to hear what your community thinks about the program.  Please tell me what other technical topics that should be delivered to the Citrix technical experts in the field...  etc...
