by Brian Madden

For the first time in months, Gabe, Jack, and Brian are all not traveling on a Tuesday morning, so we're going to have a podcast today at 10am Pacific 1pm Eastern. Visit this page to listen live and to join in the chat.

The topic is open and those who listen live can use the chat room or twitter to send suggestions. We'll probably start with:

  • Preview of BriForum 2013 London which takes place NEXT WEEK!
  • Preview of Citrix Synergy Anaheim which takes place in the end of May.
  • Dell vWorkspace 8
  • Microsoft entering the DaaS market by hosting RDSH desktops in Azure
  • What is Workspot and does it matter?
  • What enterprise management features Jack wants to see in the next versions of iOS and Android which will be announced soon
  • The future of Windows apps: RDSH or VDI? (Is this TS versus VDI 2013 edition?)

RE: vWorkspace 8.0

Amazing solution for IT... But what about the end-user? A consistent experience across all platforms, including RDP 8.0 support, is needed IMO.

RE: Anything else...

What about another "geek week/out"?

- MIrage/Moka/Virtual Computer/XenClient as an initial suggestion.
