Brian I can't belive that you havn't heard about 1-1 XenApp solutions before? - I have been yelling about this for almost 2 years now :-)

Citrix has done something about it and have released there CSP customization tool kit, which is a bunch of powershell scripts that help us - Service Providers to customize Windows Server 2008 R2 to look like Windows 7.

We have been talking to Microsoft about Win 7 SPLA licenses for at long time now, but they won't change it :(

The problem by using Windows Server 2008 R2, is that XenDesktop don't support it, so you have to use XenApp, which don't have all the XenDesktop features.
