Ron Oglesby is the Director of Virtualization and Architectural Services at GlassHouse Technologies, and was formerly Director of Technical Architecture for RapidApp. He has been published in several industry magazines and is the co-author of several books including CCA Study Guide for MetaFrame XP, Terminal Services for Microsoft Windows Server 2003, and VMware ESX Server: Advanced Technical Design Guide. Ron is a Microsoft Terminal Server MVP.
