BriForum 2008 Chicago will be the global BriForum this year

We decided that we're not going to have a separate BriForum conference in Europe anymore. It's just too much work for our little four-person company. BriForum is such an awesome event that takes so much energy and so much time, and we realized it's just not realistic for us to do two each year.

40 BriForum 2008 Chicago sessions announced

Today, we're officially announcing the first batch of sessions that we'll have as part of our sixth BriForum in Chicago from June 16-18. (We'll have 60 sessions total. I still have to work out some more details with a few presenters, which is why we're only looking at 40 sessions so far.) Help us choose the sessions for BriForum 2008 Chicago

As you know, BriForum has been and always will be a community event. Each year we invite anyone and everyone to submit abstracts for the technical breakout sessions, and then we choose the 40 or 50 sessions that we'll present. (Actually, it might be a bit fewer this year because we're increasing the session length to 75 minutes.
