A lot of people are starting to combine server-based computing with virtualization. This is happening in several ways:
[ul][*]Running Citrix or Terminal Servers in VMware or Virtual Server sessions.
[*]Running Virtual PC or VMware Workstation on Citrix servers and giving users ICA access to Windows XP VMs.
[*]Running Windows XP VMs on WMware Server of Virtual Server and giving users Remote Desktop access to the VMs.[/ul]
The purpose of this forum is to discuss these issues. Note that this is NOT a VMware tech support forum. If you're looking for that, I would suggest
http://www.vmguru.com
. Instead, this forum is meant to discuss VMware and Virtualization issues as they relate to Citrix and the server-based computing industry.

Very glad to see this forum. What a way to bring in the new year? Thanks Brian and hope to see everyone at BriForum 2006. I asked Santa for the registration fee for BriForum and got it. C-you there!
