ACT 6.0 Mail Merge, in the Application Installation & Compatibility forum on BrianMadden.com

I have a customer whom is using ACT 6.0 and each time he attempts to use a group mail merge he encounters an error 1826 from Microsoft Word. I have not found the error listed in Microsoft and SAGE says that they no longer support ACT 6.0. If anyone has a solution that does not involve making the user login administrative level I will be more than willing to listen.
